Argos licks his wounds and is looking for an answer as the season is already at stake

Saturday night after the genocide at BC Place Argonauts head coach Ryan Dinwidy tried to grab the humble 44-3 defeat that he and his club had just put up with the Lions' hands.

"I have no words," Dinwiddie said. "It was completely embarrassing. We looked like a college team."

Argos was even worse because he looked like a team lacking coaching and talent. ..
Sheracking recalled the memories of the 2019 Argos team, who lost 55-8 in Vancouver that season, and urged a change to all levels of club management.

It doesn't make sense to rush to conclude about Argos, the two games for the new CFL season, but obviously something is wrong.

"You can go in either direction," Dinwiddie said. "We can take losses, break down or get better."

In the paper, pre-season Argos was considered a worthy candidate for the championship. But the paper is now shredded.

Indeed, the team has dealt with a series of early injuries that exposed its depth.
The coaching staff is fairly inexperienced and there is only one true veteran football player in the front office with senior adviser Jim Barker.

Many were made in BC. Keep young QB Nathan Rourke in the game when the score is not reached. Some felt that host Leo was doing it.

"I don't care about that," said Dinwiddie, who has a much more pressing problem with his plate. "We deserved to kick the donkey. No grudges. I was confused."

Toronto's defense couldn't get off the field. The secondary got lost and confused by so many easy and everyday throws that the touchdown was wide open and wondering which game plan was running.

Unfortunately, Argos, unable to finish the drive, reaffirmed that Lowlight arrived early when he stopped three times from the British Columbia 1-yard line.

The attack couldn't stay on the field because he couldn't play soccer. Andrew Harris, who signed the off-season, managed only 27 yards and failed for the second straight week. Only this time led to a turnover.

When Brandon Banks draws a pass-interfering call outside the 48-yard Davaris Daniels reception on the opening drive and a visitor throws 37 yards and then nets Toronto. , The challenge flag where Argos's biggest play happened. The penalty led to the field goal, the only point of the boatman's night.

At the end of the first half, the watch was poorly managed, and the left offensive tackle, Daejeon Allen, injured his knee, adding to the dire situation.

Dinwidy continues to cross with his fingers that Allen's injury is not the end of the season. O-line is already suffering from an injury bug. Isaia Cage hasn't played yet, but Peter Nicastro remains on the injured list for six games.

Lions will expose Argos and the Toronto rebound will tell a lot about this management group and coaching staff.

It's a completely different thing from being embarrassed when the team enters the season with great expectations. In the eight quarters to start the

season, Argos produced one aggressive touchdown.
McLeod Bethel Thompson only tried 21 passes on Saturday night. That same night, Rookie Luke threw 45 times at 436 yards. This is the most yard the pass the Canadian QB has thrown in the game.

This was a spectacular proportion blunder, not the type of performance that a team aiming for the title could endure.

Veteran linebacker Henoc Muamba was relieved to find that his finger wasn't pointing at the locker room. After all, this is a veteran team, and the players around the football block know what to do, what to say, what not to do, and what not to say.

A play in Toronto BC But I said a lot.

Last month

Despite the problems, Argos is technically the number one eastern one-on-one. Argos and Ars are the only teams to win in the east. Ottawa is 0-2 and Hamilton is 0-3.

The next match in Toronto (a rare Monday night at home on July 4th) will face Winnipeg. Team Harris helped lead to a terrifying team featuring two consecutive Gray Cup titles and the premier edge of the game Willie Jefferson and Jackson Jeffcoat Rusher.

Beatdown like BC if Argos has no control over the line of scrimmage. Guaranteed.

Argos played four games in July, sandwiched between a series of bomber matches against Saskatchewan and a home date with Ottawa on July 31st.

Argos can lose all four.

MCMARVELOUS

Winton McMannis has emerged as Toronto's best player on both sides of the ball.
LB produced 10 tackles and 1 sack in BC. He lowered James Butler's boom with a clean, malicious hit and knocked out his running back.

In two games as the Argo, McManis, who returned to the CFL after the NFL stint, recorded 17 tackles and 2 sack.

Welcome to the CFL

Chad Kelly was thrown into a wolf, in this case the Lions, when he made his debut later in the game.
In the third play from Scrimmage, Argos' backup quarterback was dismissed when there was no backside protection.

In the final play of the game, Kelly lifted it onto the field for interception. That night, Argos made five turnovers.

In two games, Argos spins the ball more than 7 times, a ratio of minus 4.
