SURREY, B.C. — British Colombia Preparations are underway this fall to combat the potential surge in COVID-19.
Health Minister Adrian Dix confirms that the COVID-19 outbreak is not over, he keeps people safe and vaccinated. I am urging you.
Dix refers to the number of people hospitalized in BC. COVID-19 continues to decline, but not in other jurisdictions.
Dix currently states that he has no plans to return to the state-wide Maskman Date.
He states that it is unclear what the COVID infection rate will be this fall, but he is preparing for a possible surge in respiratory illness.
"Therefore, the option is not excluded. Currently, we see that the level of hospitalization for COVID-19 is declining overall, but it is a real challenge elsewhere in the world.
