The downtown Ottawa car control zone is valid until at least Monday.
Ottawa City Articles of Incorporation officers park a total of 513 cars I issued a ticket. Service said 121 vehicles were towed in a "vehicle control zone" in downtown on Sunday afternoon, a long weekend on Canada Day.
Six tickets were issued to block the highway, and one ticket was issued for the "highway stakes". Three tickets have been issued for the unauthorized use of fireworks.
Three mobile refresh vehicles were issued because they were not licensed and one received a ticket for public urination.
Enforcement of the Special Bylaws began Wednesday at 8 am.
Certain articles of incorporation fines such as unusual noise, screaming and idling have been raised to $ 1,000 "to ensure a safe and respectful Canada Day," the service said before vacation. Said on Twitter.
Note: The downtown Ottawa car control zone is valid until at least Monday. Most of the zone is adjacent to Bay Leaf Avenue, Booth Street, Wellington Street, and the streets that surround Byward Market and the Rideau Center area.
