Ottawa — Canada has extended a C$450 million ($348.1 million) loan to Ukraine to help buy the heating fuel it needs before winter, according to Christia Free. Finance Minister Rand said in a statement on Wednesday.
This amount is part of her C$1.95 billion loan pledged by Canada to Ukraine to aid Kyiv during the Russian invasion.
"Today's disbursement of her C$450 million loan will help Ukraine buy the heating fuel it needs by winter. 's loans," Freeland said.
