The Eagles have three weeks to elevate Dillard to the active roster or he will be shut down for the season.
A first-round pick (22nd overall) in 2019, Dillard has appeared in 31 games (nine starts). He missed all of the 2020 season with a torn biceps.
The Eagles also signed kicker Cameron Dicker to the practice squad. Starter Jake Elliott sustained an apparent leg injury in Sunday’s 29-21 win against Jacksonville, and his status is uncertain.
