International drug trafficking suspect believed to be in BC, says RCMP

Police investigators traveled to Lower Maine, British Columbia to find a man wanted on drug-related charges resulting from an internationaldrug traffickinginvestigation. We are asking the residents of Land for their cooperation.

Denis Ivziku has been wanted since 2018 for crimes committed between 2022 and 2022. accused of possession.

Ivziku notes that the RCMP's Project Divergent investigation is a large-scale investigation into the importation ofillicit drugsinto the country.

"Dennis Ivzyk has ties to the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, and he may live in the area while actively evading arrest," Konst said. Colin Lindquist, an employee of his RCMP Federal Serious Organized Crime Division in Winnipeg.

According to police, Ivzyk is the last suspect yet to be arrested in connection with Project His Divergent .

Dozens arrested earlier this year: "Of his 22 people charged in connection with Project Divergent, 20 of them Arrested,” he told Cpl. Alexa Hodgins of the Burnaby RCMP.

"Further arrests have since been made. Dennis Ivczyk is the only outstanding individual to escape police in connection with this investigation."

Police identified Denis Ivziku as a 24-year-old man, 5ft 5in From 5 feet 7 inches, described as 150 with brown hair and brown eyes, to 160 pounds.

Project Divergent he created in 2018 and he has accused a total of 22 people from three states, including:

  • Brittany Girardeau, 28, from Winnipeg
  • Albert Theodore Jansen, 39, from Winnipeg
  • Sharon Jonatanson, 66 years old, from Libau, Mann.
  • Scott Matthew Jonatanson, 27, Ribau, Mann.
  • Caitlin Jones, 22, from Winnipeg
  • Owen James Quesnel, 33, from Winnipeg
  • William Solomon Gooding, 24, from Winnipeg
  • Brian Christopher Yakimoski, 28, from Winnipeg From
  • Jeffrey David Gaudet Age 32, from Winnipeg
  • Dylan Durval South, Age 28, From Winnipeg
  • Kiefer Michael Cramer, Age 30 From Winnipeg

    Police said they seized more than 100 kilograms of cocaine during the investigation. 41 kg of methamphetamine, 3 kg of fentanyl, 0.5 kg of MDMA, 14 handguns, 5 assault rifles and over $445,000 in cash.

    "As we have seen in this state and this country, deaths from opioid overdoses are staggering," he said, Insp. .

    “Project Divergent has disrupted supply chains and taken these drugs off the streets. became very apparent during this investigation, and we were able to remove them from the equation."

    Investigators revealed ties to the Hells Angels, police said. Denis Ivziku has nothing to do with the ongoing Lower Mainland gang war.
