LONDON — A man arrested with a crossbow at Queen Elizabeth's Windsor Castle home on Christmas Day last year said, "I I am here to kill the Queen," a British court said Wednesday.
His 20-year-old Jaswant Singh Chail, who has been charged with the British Treason Act, appeared on the grounds of Windsor Castle wearing a hood and mask, the court said. Officers said he looked like someone from a vigilante movie. (Reporting by Andrew MacAskill, Written by Kylie MacLellan, Editing by William James)
