The Pacific National Exhibition welcomes many familiar faces to the 2022 show, along with new acts and vendors.

PNE's longtime mini donut makers, these Little Donuts caused a surprise in some areas when they weren't invited back to the fair this summer.
But three independent mini-donut stalls participate in the summer fair, including her three generations of a family that brought sweet taste bombs to Western Canada dating back to the 1960s.
"My grandfather basically introduced mini donuts to Western Canada on the fair circuit," Jessa Bedford said Tuesday.
She and her husband Keith were traveling from Saskatchewan. There, the mini donut truck Little Donut Bakery was a vendor at the Saskatoon exhibit that closed on Sunday.
Her grandfather Eldred Johnson was from Minnesota,Tom Sam's mini donut franchise has begun. It was her 1960s and Canada was fresh territory. Johnson and another gentleman made a handshake agreement to divide the market, with Johnson taking over the fair from West Winnipeg from 1968.
48} “When my father Steve took over from my grandfather in 1984, he didn't want to be part of the franchise anymore, so he built his own equipment and started his own company."Since then, we've stayed away from it, but we really missed it, so we decided to start a new company and build our own equipment, the same machine." They still serve cinnamon sugar, but buttered French toast, corn fritters, BC-themed PNE one-offs, Nanaimo bar donuts, creamy We also offer a wide range of flavors, including toppings. From cheese to chocolate to vanilla.
"And sprinkles are always a hit with the kids," said Bedford. "We serve the traditional, but we also offer something a little extra."
Jimmy's Ranch I am back. Debuting in his PNE 93 years ago and being run by his four generations of family, it is the PNE's longest running food vendor.
And after a long absence, the Beijing Acrobatic Troupe is back.
"He hasn't been to PNE in years. It's the best free show ever," said PNE spokeswoman Laura Balance.
Although recent fires and floods have wreaked havoc on agriculture, 4-H has also made a comeback.
"We really hope people will come out to support them, these young farmers," said Balance. It's also the first year PNE will offer fully-ticketed concerts in the $25-$79 price range.
"It's a big change for people, but we tried to keep it very cheap. Looking at the artists and the price, I think we did well with that." 77}
The nightly Summer Night Concerts series line-up includes B-52's farewell tour and The Beach Boys' 60 Years of Sound of Summer, Canadian favorites. Includes Blue Rodeo, Barenaked Ladies (backed by Kim Mitchell), Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Chicago and Steve Miller, icons Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings.
For '90s music fans, Shaggy and his TLC share double billing. Between them, they have sold over 125 million records worldwide. Country music fans can watch the Brothers Osborne.
VSO performed a tribute to the Beatles, Gipsy Kings performed wild flamenco and salsa, Cake performed deadpan storytelling, and rapper Nelly. Sandwiched in the middle of the PNE Amphitheater performances is Stars of Drugs: A Night of True Color featuring Vancouver's Kendall Gender and international drag queens Ginger Minji, Trinity the Tuck, Eureka and Plastique.
And for fans of Soul and his R&B, Chaka Khan and Patti LaBelle will cap off his 2022 fair with his Raver Day performance.
