How to cook eggs in an air fryer

You can make scrambled, boiled, poached, or fried eggs in an air fryer.

Here's how to make each type of egg and have it cooked to perfection.

Boiled eggs

For boiled eggs, simply place the egg in the air fryer basket and cook at 120C for 10 minutes.

This will give you soft-boiled eggs.

If you want hard-boiled eggs, then cook them for 14 minutes instead.

To peel them, we suggest placing them in some cold water so that you don't burn your fingers while trying.

Fried eggs

Find a small pie dish or something similar and crack the egg into it.

Place the dish with the cracked egg in the air fryer and cook it at 190C for around three to five minutes.

You can also fry the eggs until they are cooked to your liking.

Scrambled eggs

For scrambled eggs, whisk the batter in a separate bowl along with milk and some salt and pepper for seasoning.

Poor the batter into a Pyrex bowl covered with oil into your air fryer.

Cook the eggs at 150C for three minutes.

After this time, beat the eggs gently and cook again for around two to three minutes.

Stir the scrambled eggs again and they're ready to serve.

Poached eggs

For poached eggs, find a ramekin dish and grease it with a bit of soft butter.

Place it in the air fryer basket and add two tablespoons of water to each ramekin.

Air fry at 200C for four minutes and then carefully open the drawer and crack an egg into each ramekin.

Air fry once again for five to six minutes or until the eggs are set, at 180C this time.
