Married at First Sight RECAP – ‘Truth will come out’ between George and April, with LOTS of skeletons, reveals Thomas

THE ‘TRUTH’ between Married at First Sight’s George Roberts and April Banbury is set to be revealed, fellow contestant Thomas Hartley has hinted.

Adrian was forced to defend his husband Thomas following a clash between him and April over rumours he had gossiped about their cast mate Chanita Stephenson during the programme.

Adrian said: "You know what I've actually had something to say for weeks," before George ordered him to be quiet.

In response to a Q&A session on Instagram, where fans quizzed Thomas over Adrian’s hint, he replied: "I think, truth be told, I'm not going to speak on anyone else's behalf. He needs to speak for himself.

“But as you can see they were trying to shut him down but there's a lot of skeletons and he's clearly being shut down, he can't say anything about it. He doesn't want to out somebody else."

He added: "But give it time. As she always says, the truth always comes out."

  • Matt not convinced by the MAFS experiment

According to body language and behavioural expert Darren Stanton, Matt remains unconvinced by the MAFS process, partly due to his experience with Gemma.

Speaking to Betfair Casino, Mr Stanton said: “In abnormal circumstances, some of the most opposite of people can develop feelings for each other, and I think that’s what has gone on between Matt and Whitney.

“The real test is when they move to the homestay stage and work on their relationship  – without the experts and the rest of the couples having their input.

“This is where they can gauge their true feelings and see how they feel, but I doubt whether this relationship can last.

“Whitney said she values the process and wants their relationship to benefit from the experts, however, Matt didn’t seem as convinced. This could be due to his past experience in the experiment with Gemma.

“While he didn’t respond verbally to this particular comment, we saw him turn away – a move that suggests disinterest, as if he’s saying, ‘I’ll do whatever’.

“While Whitney is keen to be handheld throughout the experiment by the experts, Matt appears to want to break away and do his own thing. His attraction to Whitney, however, is keeping him there and he does seem really into her – whether it’s love or lust, however, only time will tell.”

  • Jordan SLAMS Matt and Whitney in explosive commitment ceremony

“Yet these experts are there, so shouldn’t they have noticed the signs? They’re meant to be looking after our welfare.

“And if we can see this and they can’t, I am just so confused about this.”

Jess continued to say she finds it all “triggering,” adding: “I’ve been in a relationship like that.”

The reality star continued: “I had no one to speak up for me and say it’s not normal and not OK and I was stuck in that relationship for four years.

“It’s so sad to see that it’s happening on TV before our eyes and no-one is doing anything about it. What is actually going on? It’s ridiculous.

“I made a TikTok on it this morning and so many people are saying it’s a walking red flag so how are they letting this behaviour continue?”

Another added: “No. They both said they wanted to leave so let them leave. They’re both dreadful.”
