Nigeria under a curse – Fr Mbaka
The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Rev Father Ejike Mbaka has revealed that Nigeria is under a curse. Mbaka said Nigeria is cursed with bad leadership.

Delivering his first sermon at the Adoration ground on Friday, Mbaka said God has blessed Nigeria with everything despite the curse. “Nigeria is blessed with everything but cursed with bad leadership,” he said.
On his return from the monastery abroad, the priest said 2023 is a year of favor and prayed that his congregation would not labor in vain. Recall that the outspoken Catholic priest was moved out of the Adoration ministry following his suspension.
Why rigging will be difficult – Akeredolu
Less than two months to the 2023 elections, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has said it would be difficult to rig the polls. Akeredolu said with the introduction of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, rigging would be difficult.

Akeredolu applauded the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for deploying technology to strengthen the electoral process and reinforce confidence. He noted that the introduction of technology has made rigging difficult, adding that it would ensure the All Progressives Congress, APC, will emerge victorious in every election.

Mr. Augustine Esiekpe, the National Coordinator, LikeMinds Initiative For Tinubu, said this at a strategic meeting to mobilize voters for Tinubu/Shettima for the general election in Abuja on Saturday. According to him, an Asiwaju as president will do a better job as president than Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, he will be sagacious, strong will and effect the needed change in the country.
Esiekpe said that Tinubu had a better character than any other presidential candidate in the race. Opposition mobilizes Tunisians to protest against the president
Opposition parties and other disgruntled Tunisians staged a protest against the country’s economic crisis on Saturday. The protesters registered their grievances against the president’s increasingly authoritarian idea, to mark 12 years since Tunisian protesters unleashed Arab Spring uprisings around the region.

According to VOA, the protest was launched against the disastrous parliamentary elections last month in which just 11% of voters cast ballots. The elections were meant to change and redesign a legislature that President Kais Saied dissolved in 2021. The second round has been set for January 29.
