Als Event # 18 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 stand das $1.000 No Limti Hold’em Freezeout an, das gleich 2.663 Spieler an die Tische brachte. Nur noch 203 Spieler gehen in Tag 2.
Ein No Limit Hold’em Turnier mit einem kleinen Buy-In bringt auch an einem Donnerstag bei der WSOP sehr volle Tisch, 2.663 Teilnehmer konnten sich sehen lassen. Es wurde kräftig ausgesiebt an Tag 1 und natürlich auch die 400 Geldränge erreicht. 17 Levels galt es zu absolvieren und in dieser Zeit schrumpfte das Feld auf nur 203 Spieler. Die DACHs waren bei dem Event vertreten, aber die Ausbeute nicht ganz so gut. Pavel Chalupka schaffte es ins Geld, musste sich aber mit Rang 306 für $1.751 verabschieden.
Ismael Bojang, der mit den Assen die Bubble zum Platzen brachte, ist auf Rang 39 und damit bester DACH-Spieler mit 375.000 Chips. Ebenfalls weiter sind David Feichter Innsbruck (105.000), Wojciech Barzantny (90.000) und Jakub Wojtas (70.000). Alle haben $2.209 schon sicher, auf den Sieger des Freezeout Events warten $330.057. Chipleader ist James Little mit 765.000 Chips, wenn es bei den Blinds 5k/10k/10k weitergeht.
