Pro Bowl 2023 Skills Showdown Streaming Info: Time, Channel, Where To Watch The Pro Bowl Games Live

You don’t have to wait until Super Bowl Sunday to enjoy some NFL action. Live from the Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center (aka the Raiders’ practice facility) in Nevada, the NFL presents the 2023 Pro Bowl Games Skills Showdown.

This year’s Pro Bowl not only features three flag football games, but it also includes eight unique skill competitions, including Pro Bowl Dodgeball, a water balloon toss, a longest drive golf challenge, and a “Best Catch” contest that sounds similar to the NBA’s Slam Dunk Contest.

It’s not exactly Thursday Night Football, but we’ll take what we can get. From start time to live stream info, here’s how to watch tonight’s Pro Bowl Skills Showdown live online.

The Pro Bowl Games: Skills Showdown airs tonight (February 2) from 7:00-8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+.

What Is The NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown?

Tonight’s broadcast includes five skill challenges: Pro Bowl Dodgeball, Lightning Round, Longest Drive, Precision Passing, and Best Catch.

Per the NFL, the dodgeball portion consists of four teams of five players, while Lightning Round is a three-part elimination challenge that includes teammate pairings tossing water balloons back and forth. Longest Drive is a competition to see who can drive a golf ball the furthest distance off a tee, and Precision Passing features each of the conference’s three quarterbacks battling it out in a one-minute accuracy competition.
