Two people spray toxic substances in downtown Kitchner

Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate the weapons incident in downtown Kitchener on Friday afternoon.

Police say police officers were called to Weber Street West and Victoria Street North around 2:30 pm. After two people have been sprayed with toxic substances.

They Victims, a 48-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, required on-site treatment by rescuers.
