According to the OPP, three car accidents occurred in the Niagara region early Monday onHighway 3near Outred Road, south of Wainfleet, Ontario. After that, the two were taken to the hospital.
Investigators say the vehicle involved suffered damage to the front end and fell into a ditch just off the road at around 9am.

Sgt. Kelly Schmidt said in a social media post that the injured did not appear to be life-threatening and that the highway was closed between Ratler and Burnaby for investigation.
