The Toronto Blue Jays have activated right-handed Reuters Trevor Richards from Sunday's 15-day injured list.
Richards, 29, is dealing with his neck tensions and hasn't pitched to Toronto since June 17th.
He has played 29 games from the bullpen, 2-1 with 282/3 innings with 6.59 ERA and 33 strikeouts.
Richards has a career record of 4.42 ERA 19-24 in 146 games (starting 52 games) with 4 teams since 2018.
In response, the Blue Jays chose the right-handed Thomas Hatch as the Triple A Buffalo.
The 27-year-old Hatch made his season debut and played Saturday's doubleheader second game against the Tampa Bay Rays. He was hit 10 runs with 12 hits in 42/3 innings and lost 11-5.
Hatch is 3-3 with 5.58 ERA in 21 games (4 starts) in the last 3 seasons in Toronto.
