The search for missing Aboriginal woman Tatyanna Harrison came to a tragic end Saturday afternoon.
Vancouver Police said a body found in Richmond on May 2, 2022 was identified as Tatiana Harrison.
"Unfortunately, it is now believed that Tatiana died in another city before being reported missing. Tania Visintin said she is a VPD officer.
"The coroner's office notified the VPD that Tatiana died of drug addiction, specifically fentanyl."

It's heartbreaking news for the many strangers who gathered at the event," said Konst. Tania Visintin said.
"While we are now able to provide some answers, many questions remain and we continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Tatiana's disappearance."
