The area of Waterloo International Airport remains open increase.
GO Transit runs on Saturday's schedule.
Grand River Transit operates on a holiday service schedule. The GRT Customer Service Centers in Kitchiner (105 King St. E.) and Cambridge (35 Ainslie St. S.) are open from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
Carveside waste collection is done on a regular basis. Waste treatment plants in Cambridge and Waterloo are prohibited from visiting houses.
Offices, children's centers and employment resource centers in all regions of Waterloo will be closed.

Library locations in all regions of Waterloo will open on Saturday.
All LCBO stores will be closed on Mondays.
Four beer stores will be fully open in the area, the other two will be drive-through only. Kitchner will open a store at 875 Highland Rd. Waterloo's W. and 1120 Victoria St. N. will open at 624 King St. N. (drive-through only) and 70 Weber St. N., and in Cambridge, 200 Franklin Blvd. And 150 Holiday Inn Dr. (drive through only).
