Child taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries after Manotick crash

A child was taken to CHEO in stable condition after the vehicle they were riding in and a school bus collided in Manotick Wednesday morning.

Their injuries are not life-threatening, the Ottawa Paramedic Service said.

Only the driver was aboard the school bus at the time of the crash called in at 8:08 a.m. at the intersection of Manotick Main Street and Bridge Street.

Firefighters remained at the scene cleaning up debris on the roadway.
