Ottawa — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Jean Chrétien's Free Government when Canada opposed the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 Bilgraham died.
Former Liberal Party lawmaker John English told the Canadian Press that Graham died on Sunday, according to members of his family who shared the news with him earlier today.
