JERUSALEM — West Bank Palestinians fly from Ramon Airport near the Red Sea resort city of Eilat to Turkish destinations, Israeli airports. officials said Tuesday.

The flights will be operated twice a week by Turkish airlines Atlas and Pegasus using Airbus A321 aircraft to Istanbul and Antalya from the end of August, the company said.

Ramon Airport is approximately 300 km (185 miles) from Jerusalem.
