Four million travelers used Montreal-Trudeau International Airport in the second quarter of 2022, an increase of 740% year-on-year, ADM Aéroports de Montréal said on Tuesday.

Compared to Q2 2021, international traffic increased by 1,050%, U.S. traffic by 1,395%, and domestic traffic by 433.5%. arrival.

In the first six months of 2022, the airport carried 6.2 million passengers, a 584% increase over 2021.

Second quarter revenue was $158.1 million, $113.9 million, or 257.4%, compared to the same period in 2021. Expenses were $48.9 million, an increase of 52.4%. Earnings growth drove gains before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $81.9 million and a loss of $0.7 million.

ADM's net debt was $2.45 billion on June 30, stable year-on-year.
