Canada's Ministry of the Environment said there will be some easing next week as temperatures are expected to return to near normal.

On the other hand, high temperatures also mean snowmelt, snow instability, and increased stream flow due to runoff.

Fever is expected, but the waters at this time are still cold and may pose a risk of hypothermia.
