DUBAI — The commander of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Saturday that Israel will pay a heavy price for its latest attack on Palestinians in Gaza, Iranian state television reported.
"Israelis will pay an even greater price for their recent crimes," said Maj. He quoted what he said when he met with Ziad al-Nahra. I am currently in Iran.
On Saturday, Israeli aircraft struck Gaza and Palestinians fired rockets at Israel. It was after Israel's operation against Islamic Jihad militant groups ended relatively quietly for more than a year along his border.
