MOSCOW — The Kremlin on Tuesday dismissed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's call for a travel ban on all Russians as irrational. and said Europe must eventually do so. Decide whether to pay the bills for Zelensky's "caprice".
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russians could not be isolated from the rest of the world.
