A 30-year-old man was charged in connection with some obscene acts atRichmond Hill,police said.
Police said the first incident occurred on Saturday at 10:25 am at Alias Grace Park near Younge Road and Canyon Hill Avenue.
The mother was in the park with the two young children when the male suspect approached the two young children and lowered their pants to expose them.
On Sunday, officials received reports of the same accountant exposing himself to people in the areas of Valmont Avenue and Waterstone Street, according to police.
