Multiple fire departments are responding to the growing wildfire in Mount Uniack, New Jersey.
In a telephone interview at approximately 12:45 p.m. On Saturday, Brooklyn Volunteer Fire Department chief Ryan Richards said the fire occurred in the He 400 block of Highway 1.

Evacuation in the area is "potential," he said.
"If the wind changes, we will have to evacuate," he said.
Uniacke, Windsor, Rawdon, Gore, Hantsport and HRM fire departments also supported.
Richard also said his RCMP and helicopters from the Department of Natural Resources also responded.
Motorists are asked to avoid Highway 1 near Penzhi Drive due to an ongoing fire. The RCMP tweeted, "Traffic will be affected for several hours.
