Guelph Arts Council's new fund encourages local artists to 'pay in advance'

The Guelph Arts Councilhas announced the first recipients of the Pay It Forward Arts Fund.

Re: Project — a project to reconnect, liberate, revive and rejoice through guided experiences — he will receive $5,000.

The funds will be used to help at-risk youth explore their creativity, learn new skills and connect with their communities, according to a news release.
