A 31-year-old man is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student while teaching at a private high school in North York.
Toronto police say the accused was employed at Intellexi Learning Academy at 6305 Yonge St. — south of Steeles Ave. — between August 2022 and Jan. 8, 2023.

“It is alleged that during his employment at the school, the man engaged in a sexual relationship with a student who was a young person at the time,” Const. Sinderela Chung said in a statement released Thursday.
Alikhroosh Aziz, of Toronto, was arrested on Jan. 12.
He is charged with sexual exploitation of a young person, extortion and criminal harassment.

Police say they are concerned about the possibility of other alleged victims.
