The Jays have played in 49 one-run games, winning 30 of those, another factor in their so-so record on the run line.
Generally, teams that are good as underdogs perform well in this area. No surprise, then, that the Baltimore Orioles have the best against the spread record in the majors at 97-58. Second are the Los Angeles Dodgers at 93-62.
