According to ESPN and NBC Sports Washington, Washington Wizards and veteran guard Delon Wright signed a two-year deal on Thursday worth $ 16 million.
Wright, 30, played 77 games at the Atlanta Hawks last season and started four games. He averaged 4.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists per contest.
Wright, the first round pick of the 2015 Toronto Raptors, played with six teams. He was the other Memphis Grizzlies, Dallas Mavericks, Detroit Pistons and Sacramento Kings.
In his 411 career NBA games, he averaged 7.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 steals.
Wizards' biggest deal of the day was to agree to extend a five-year, $ 251 million contract with security guard Bradley Beal.
