MOSCOW — Russia-backed Donetsk and People's Republic of Donetsk troops are moving towards the Donetsk region, Russia's national news agency TASS, after Russian troops took full control of the Donetsk region last week. Cited the leader of the Donetsk People's Republic, Dennis Psylin, on Tuesday.
Russia dominated Donetsk and Luhansk, which make up the Donbas region, which is the central purpose of the "special military operation" in Ukraine.
