One Ontario-based Toronto Blue Jays fan could score a Major League Baseball-record $2 million in a 50/50 jackpot.

Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays, has announced the largest ever jackpot take-home prize.

Previously, the highest 50/50 jackpot was $1.96 million set by Blue Jays fans in July of 2021.

This latest draw is in celebration of the Jays and their push for the post-season.

Sales for this special draw will be open until the end of the Blue Jays’ final regular-season game on Oct. 2.

One fan will win the jackpot with the other half of proceeds directly support kids in Jays Care programs across the province.

Jays Care has programming for over 28,000 in Ontario that includes 314 affiliate schools, 25 challenger baseball leagues, and 65 community partners.

Ontario Jay fans can purchase their tickets until 10 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 2.
