Monday's Ottawa Public Health (OPH) is raining Because of the beach under the public supervision of the city.
Water samples collected on the beach showed elevated levels of E. coli on some beaches, according to theOPH website.

Those who choose to swim, ignoring OPH's recommendations, should not enter the water with the wound open and do not swallow or put the water in their mouth. Take a shower as soon as possible after getting into the water. According to the agency's website, sprinkle water, wash your hands carefully with soap and treated water, or rub with alcohol-based hands after playing with sand.
