The Sens Panel: Evaluating the team at the 20-game mark and what trade scenarios make sense?

Watch this week’s episode of The Sens Panel with Bruce Garrioch and Steve Warne talking all about the Ottawa Senators NHL hockey team.

In this week’s episode, Bruce and Steve evaluate the Senators at the 20-game mark, give a nod to D.J. Smith and talk about the development of young defenceman Erik Brannstrom.

Steve also calls the acquisition of Nikita Zaitsev and Connor Brown “a ridiculous steal” and Bruce wonders if the Senators have found a way to avoid another Curits Lazar situation.

The two also debate whether or not Pierre Dorion should offer new contracts to Mark Borowiecki, Dylan DeMelo and Jean-Gabriel Pageau or if the Senators’ GM shop them or another player before the NHL trade deadline in February.

Don’t miss out on the action! Check back every week for a new episode.
