"This is a nightmare": Missing Edmonton teenager Lira Smith's mom

"We are suffering from sadness and anxiety without knowing where she is or who she is with. The only place I want to be now is at home," Miranda writes.

She works closely with the police, but she said she was at home to help Lira's sister, who was "broken heart."
