Toronto transportation said in a video posted on YouTube last week that it is under investigation after showing that people are on the high-speed rail.
The Toronto Transit Commission states that it pulled a surveillance video from inside the vehicle and station while investigating what happened on one of the Line 3 trains.
Spokesman Stuart Green states that such stunts are "incredibly dangerous and potentially deadly" and can disrupt service at the same time.
The YouTube video shows at least two masked people waving the Canadian flag and riding on the roof of a moving high-speed train.
Green states that transportation may impose a $ 425 Articles of Incorporation fine or file more serious criminal charges against stakeholders, depending on the results of the investigation.
The Toronto police say they are aware of the case and the TTC investigation, but refrain from further commenting as no criminal accusations are currently being filed.
