A search warrant was executed Thursday at a Cornwall residence where the duo were temporarily staying and additional evidence was seized.
Two Cornwall residents were to appear in court Friday to face charges of luring and child pornography.
The charges were announced by the Ottawa Police Service, which said its Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) had conducted the investigation with a handful of other Canadian and U.S. police services, including the Cornwall Police Service.

A media release from Ottawa police said an investigation started in July in New Hampshire, where reports had been filed for “incidents of possession, manufacturing, distribution of child pornography and child luring. The investigation led police to believe a 15-year-old victim from New Hampshire and an adult male from Ontario were planning to meet for a sexual purpose.”
The Ottawa Police Service ICE Unit took over the investigation in September.
On Thursday, the two Cornwall residents — one aged 23, the other 22 — were arrested. A search warrant was executed at a Cornwall residence where they were temporarily staying and additional evidence was seized, the police statement said.
The 23-year-old was charged with multiple luring and child pornography offences, while the 22-year-old was charged with possession of child pornography, police said, adding the investigation was ongoing.
