Washington — Two Philadelphia police officers Benjamin Franklin when thousands of people celebrated the concert on July 4th. He was shot after a "security incident" near the Parkway, fireworks show, local officials and media said.
"A security incident occurred at Benjamin Franklin Parkway," emergency officials said. NBC Philadelphia said two police officers were shot dead.
