Sumy Region — Ukraine's interior minister said on Thursday that the Russian-controlled Zaporizhia nuclear power plant must be prepared for any scenario of shelling, including the evacuation of people from the region.
Ukrainian and Russian-installed local authorities blamed each other for Thursday's renewed shelling of Europe's largest nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine.
