VANCOUVER, B.C.: Tuesday, Feb. 7. Heavy rain is in the forecast for Metro Vancouver on Tuesday. Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the region and Howe Sound. A moist frontal system is expected to drop between 50 and 80 mm of rain this morning before tapering off to showers later this afternoon. There’s some relief in sight. After this system, the region will dry off and possibly see some sun on Wednesday.
