VANCOUVER, B.C.: Thursday, Dec. 1. It’s going to be a cold one to start off December. Thursday is going to be dry, with the sun coming out later in the morning. But temperatures are going to stay well below zero the entire day. Today’s high is -1 C at Vancouver International Airport. With the wind, it’s going to feel closer to -9 C. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement warning of icy conditions as snow melt from Tuesday’s snow storm turning untreated roads and sidewalks icy and slippery. There’ll be increasing cloudiness tonight, setting the stage for possible snow or rain on Friday.
