It's every fisherman's dream.
An English angler said he landed a 7-foot 28.5 stone halibut and ended up in the record books in the process.
45-year-old Paul Stevens caught this monster his fish while exploring the northern coast of Norway.
A halibut that grows to this size is expected to be between the ages of 70 and 90.

Paul then hooked off a huge prey, roughly the same weight as a black bear, and threw it back into the freezing waters.
It took the fisherman a total of 3 days to recover after fighting the beast.
The halibut is believed to be the largest ever caught by British anglers, but is still over 100 pounds short of the world record catch of a staggering 513 pounds. I did.

Paul said:
