The Portugal ace is enjoying a fine World Cup and has three of English football's top clubs on his radar.
This comes after reports that Felix has fallen out with manager Diego Simeone, with their relationship said to be beyond repair.
As a result, the club's owner Gil Marin has admitted the 23-year-old is up for sale.
He said: "The relationship between the coach and him is not good, nor is his motivation.
"The most reasonable thing is to think about his departure, although I would love him to stay. But it is not his will."
