With a tortuous 2020 finally drawing to a close, Black Friday is a fabulous chance for millions of Brits to salvage a special Christmas from the ruins.

In a Black Friday frenzy, shoppers were predicted to spend £2billion more than last year this weekend.

And figures showed shoppers have dropped £2million-a-minute on deals.

For the first time, Britons will spend more online this Christmas than in the high street thanks to the lockdown of non-essential stores.

From the latest deals at Amazon, Asda and Argos, to the best places to bag a cut-price TV, Nintendo Switch or iPhone - this live blog will be constantly updated with the very latest Black Friday deals.

  • SNAP UP A HALF PRICE CROSSTOUR 4K 20MP WEBCAM

    Primark will trade in the following stores from 7am on Wednesday 2 December and trade 24 hours through until normal closing time on Thursday 3 December.

    As well as 11 all day, all night branches, the bargain chain is planning to to extend opening hours wherever possible at other stores too in an attempt to let more people pick up essentials.
