Police launched a search after three people, including a teenage boy, were shot dead.
Police were called to the scene after a 17-year-old boy and his two men were shot at shortly after 7pm last night in Brent, north-west London.
Police said the suspect fled before emergency services arrived.
His one victim, believed to be in his early 20s, remains in serious but stable condition at the hospital.
A 17-year-old boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but his third victim, a 21-year-old man, suffered potentially life-altering injuries. I'm here.
They were given first aid at the dog lane site before being taken to hospital.
Footage captured by a civilian showed paramedics treating one of his victims lying on the ground wrapped in foil.
One bystander said, ``The shooting took place elsewhere.
A man living in the area told PA: "The first man was shot in the abdomen and the other two fled.
``Two men fleeing were shot. One was shot in the arm, the other in the leg.

A police officer helped the man for several minutes until other officers and an ambulance arrived.

Superintendent Tim Mast, head of gun crimes at the Metropolitan Police, said:
``We are investigating all cases and so far he has been charged with two criminal charges.
``We will achieve justice. I will continue to work hard to achieve this goal.”
