When the transportation promised before the flight was canceled, Joanne decided that her family wouldn't miss the vacation altogether and arranged a last-minute trip to Pefkos on Jet2. I decided to book it at great expense.
They reached Greece, but the holiday soon turned sour because Joan's wife broke her leg.
"I think it's disastrous," she said of her easyJet handling.

"While we were waiting to board, we all got texts and emails from her saying our vacation was cancelled," explained Joanne.

The holiday was overcast when Joan's wife fell down the stairs and broke her leg.

Joanne said easyJet staff said she received compensation for missing a day due to the inconvenience, but she was denied by the company when she returned home. she claims it was.
