South African president urged people not to hide who was responsible

"Rapists" have no place in our society. We call on communities to work with the police to ensure that these criminals are caught and prosecuted. Our community must not keep criminals inside them.

"There are always people in our community who know something, hear something, or witness something.

"The problem is, It's something many of us keep silent about because the perpetrator is a friend, partner, or colleague, or we're just afraid and afraid of becoming a victim. It is important to remember that all information received will be treated as confidential.

Anyone who has information regarding this crime may contact the authorities so that the perpetrators can be apprehended. I urge you to report it."
