Elvis Presley's grandson Benjamin Keough died by suicide, the coroner has confirmed.
The 27-year-old died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his mum Lisa-Marie Presley's $1.8million mansion in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office ruled his death a suicide on Tuesday.
Ben was the son of Elvis' only child, his daughter Lisa-Marie, and Danny Keough.
In a statement, Lisa Marie's manager, Roger Widynowsk, declared her boy "the love of her life".
"She is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11-year-old twins and her oldest daughter Riley," it read.
"She adored that boy. He was the love of her life."
Benjamin's neighbour claimed that his distressed girlfriend screamed "don't do it" before he shot himself in the chest on Sunday morning.
In an audio heard by Daily Mail, a neighbour heard partying at the residence at 1am and a woman shouts "don’t do it" at around 3:30am.
Authorities arrived to the scene at around 6am.
Police questioned a visibly devastated woman, who is believed to be his girlfriend, just hours after his death, it's claimed.
Benjamin kept himself mainly out of the spotlight for much of his life but he did sign a $5million record deal when he was a teenager.
He made the deal in 2009 but it seems that he never quite made the big time with his music career and his output remains relatively unknown.
What Ben was most known for is bearing an uncanny resemblance to his famous grandfather, who was known as The King.
