Hibs defeat is just a bump in the road, Accies Women boss says

Last season Accies scored just 13 points, but the Doctor is aiming high this season. and is confident of pushing the table up even though the revamped SWPL adds two sides.

He added: Given the resource differences, the top half of the table stretches considerably.

"Rather than looking at the final standings, we're asking if we can go head-to-head with our rivals and aim to improve our points total for the month. Our position is handled naturally.

"Our team has room for improvement and we have already seen it in terms of Sunday's match against Hibs, despite the scoreline.
